Based on the existing masters and monthly inputs, we process the payroll and calculate employees' net pay and provide the same to the client for approval. Once approved, we provide files for transfer of salary to employees’ respective bank accounts and also details of amount payable to others not enjoying the transfer facility for payment through cheques/DDs/Cash. Subsequent to release of payment we provide pay slips for distribution amongst employees. We also provide facility for e-payslip, whereby payslips are emailed to employees at their respective e-mail Ids provided. We also provide wide range of statutory and other reports.
In addition to managing monthly payroll, we provide facilities for loan and advance management, leave management and reimbursement management.
Under loan and advance management, we manage different type of the loans and advances granted to the employees and ensure deduction as per pre-defined schedule, enabling the client to manage its employee advances in a better manner.
